“Mi kas ta bo kas” exhibition will have 2 openings. Hector Raphaela has been and will be working on location of Boca Sami for the whole month of July, August and September.
- The first part of the exhibition will have its opening on August 15,2020.
- The second part of the exhibition will have its opening on September 12, 2020.
Hector Raphaela (Curaçao, 1975) Studied art at the Academie Minerva in Groningen, Netherlands. The work of Hector Raphaela is figurative and is narrative driven. He makes colorful works that point to feelings and emotions. According to him art has the potential to transform energy. He himself calls his work “Intention Art”, because during the process he creates from a positive intention and the inspiration that follows. He finds the inspiration for his art in daily life, in what he experiences and in where he lives. The expressive colors and the Antillean culture have a visible influence on his work.
